assure your e-mailadress is working.
sometimes we get support requests that we all answer, but we get the mail back as undeliverable.
this is an example, how it can go. the customer is angry, wants to start legal action, although we have answered all his 7 support requests. just read below:
subject: SGIP: Others
realname: cxxxx m xxx
email: xxxxxxxxx4xx@hotmail.com
feedback: OK this is like the 7th fucking time ive emailed you about login problems within the last month and you have never emailed back. i just recieved my bank statement telling me that you still withdrew the 70.00 dollars for a membership i have yet been able to use SO i suggest that you refund the money, figure out the problem, and make it right because whats happening here i call theft. if problem is not resolved soon i will contact an ATTERNEY. seems how you cant figure out how to email me call me at (3xx) xxx-xxxx. I AM NOT FUCKING AROUND I WILL SEW YOUR ASS!
Reply: the whole thing did cost me 80 $ payment fee ... thank you , dear customer. please change your e.mail provider. i have blocked your e-mailaddress from signing up again on our pages.
